Definitely a permit will be needed since it appears that some of the work will be below elevation 904 and will be greater than 200 linear feet. Attached are the engineering documents approved by the City of Prior Lake and Watershed District. As result of significant flooding in 2014 we are mitigating the problem by bringing in fill. We currently have bolder rip rap retaining wall along the shoreline and intend to increase the height of the existing rip rap retaining wall to the elevation of the cement patio on the lakeside of the home. � Please let us know if permit is required. If you have technical questions I have copied our engineer Grant Jacobson and the City of Prior Lake engineer Larry Poppler.
