ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF WATERFRONT BUSINESS
PARK PROPERTY FROM THE EDA TO THE CITY OF PRIOR
LAKE.

The City of Prior Lake Economic Development Authority (ED A)
is scheduled to meeting on May 15,1995 at 7:35 P.M. for the
purpose of adopting Resolution 95-01 EDA Conveying Title of
Waterfront Passage Business Park Property From the EDA to the
City of Prior Lake.
The transfer of the Waterfront Business Park property from the
EDA to the City of Prior Lake is a "housekeeping" type of action
to simplify the sale of property to developers in Waterfront
Passage Business Park.
The City Council has the following alternatives:
1. Adopt Resolution Number 95-34, Accepting Conveyance of
Waterfront Business Park Property From the EDA to the City
of Prior Lake.
2. Determine the EDA should retain title to the Waterfront
Passage Business Park property.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends Alternative Number 1.
ACTION REQUIRED: Motion and second to adopt Resolution Number 95-34,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLv"ED BY THE CITY COuNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,

Deed property from the EDA to the City of Prior Lake, including, but not limited to~ a Quit
Claim Deed and an Assigrunent of the Contract for Deed.
