CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CITY AGER'S
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT.
JUNE 19, 1995
Mayor Andren asked that this item be placed on the June 19
City Council agenda. The Council previously appointed the
Mayor and Councilmember Kedrowski as a subcommittee to
update my employment agreement. They have made revisions
in the agreement and are seeking Council action on their
proposed amendments. I believe the Mayor has supplied
Councilmembers with either an oral or written synopsis of the
proposed revisions. Attached is a memorandum from the
Subcommittee on this subject.
The Subcommittee's memorandum outlines the proposed
revisions in detail.
ALTERNATIVES: The Alternatives are:
Approve the Subcommittee's recommendations as part of the
Consent Agenda.
Remove the item for discussion.
RECOMMENDATIONS: As the Council deems appropriate.
ACTION:
Dependent upon Council discussion.
