RE: As-Built Plan Review for 17379 Sunset Trail

The Engineering Department has reviewed the plan for the subject project
and has the following comments:
1. The owner will be responsible for lowering the storm sewer manhole rim
in the City road right-of-way to the elevation of 938.00, as shown on the
plan.
NOTE: A permit will be required from the City to complete this work
within the right-of-way.
2. As requested in the last memo, top of block elevations need to be
provided at all window openings along the south and east sides of the
house. If these elevations are not attainable, the bottom siding elevation
can be used in figuring the 1-foot separation between the lowest opening
(top of block) on the house and the over-flow swale. Keep in mind that a
6" separation needs to be maintained between the ground and house
siding.
