Dear Mr. Hutchins,
Thank you so much for your time on Friday. Here is the office space layout as is. I hope this is sufficient for your
needs. Also, you requested a brief description for each area once it is completed. Here you go:
1. Existing office -to be used as an office by our Lead Pastor
2. New Office-to be used as an office by our Children's Pastor
3. New Reception -our receptionist desk and work space, includes only one new wall that goes to the ceiling tile-
the other wall is less than 48"
4. File Room -to be used for storage and files
5. The area that says polished concrete -will be used as a meeting &gathering space. We will hold our youth
group meetings there (up to about 40 people-30 kids and 10 adults), church meetings (not church service,just
meetings).
6. There is a door at the back of the space as well as the front. It does not show on the drawing, my apologies.
7. Bathrooms are out the back door-common space to the 3 office areas in the building.
Currently we hold our worship services at Twin Oaks Middle School and do not plan to have worship services in
this space. Please let me know what other information you need.
