The last inspection was performed on January 7, 2015. In order to complete the deck to current building code two items were noticed. 1. Stair tread risers to allow a gap less than 4" 2. A continuous handrail The City of Prior Lake would like your cooperation in closing this permit. Please do the required corrections and contact the city to schedule a final inspection by February 16, 2015. If the deck has not been completed and inspected by February 16, 2015 the City will deem the permit abandon and invalid per State Building Code R105.3.2 This will be recorded in the permeate public record. Any additional work will require a new permit.
