Prior Lake, MN 55372 RE: Sign Permit Required Dear Mr. Hutner, Per our conversation on July 10, 1997, I am enclosing a sign permit application. I have also included City Ordinance copies of signs that are exempt from permits. These include changeable sign copy's such as reader boards or message boards. Your signs do require a permit. Enclosed is what information is required as part of the sigh permit application. We will need a sign copy with dimensions and front building elevations with dimensions and existing/proposed signage. Also, we will need the same information on the freestanding area identification sign. The fee is $30 for up to 40 square feet and $.25 for each square foot beyond that. One permit for both signs will be sufficient. Please forward the necessary information by July 18, 1997. If we receive the permit application after that, we will impose double fees because the sign was erected without a permit and begin enforcement action for constructing a sign without a permit.
