ORDINANCE NO. 116-07
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1101.700, is
hereby amended to provide a zoning classification of the following legally described
property to C-2 (General Business).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
PID: 25-901-003-0; All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(NE1/4 of NW ¼), Section One (1), Township One Hundred Fourteen North (114N),
Range Twenty-two West (22W), Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line Section 1, Township 114, Range 22, 834.8 feet
west of the Northeast corner of Northwest Quarter of said Section 1; thence South and
parallel to the East line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 521.75 feet; thence
West and parallel to the North line of said Section 1, a distance of 100 feet; thence
North parallel to said East line 521.75 feet to North line of said Section 1, Township 114,
Range 22; thence East 100.0 feet to said point of beginning.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
