Call Meeting to Order and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Consider Approval of Monday, April 18, 2016 Meeting Minutes 4. Public Hearings: A. Amendments to Planned Use District of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan – William Feldman (Summit Preserve LLC) is proposing to amend the 2030 Comprehensive Plan to change Sub-Area D, Summit Preserve, within the Planned Use District, from 75% R-Medium Density Residential and 25% Commercial to 100% R-Medium Density Residential. B. Amendments to the Prior Lake City Code relating to Brew Pubs, Small Brewers and Micro Distilleries – The City of Prior Lake is proposing amendments that relate to Prior Lake City Code Part 3, Business Regulations and Prior Lake City Code Part 11, Zoning Ordinance, relating to Brew Pubs, Small Brewers and Micro Distilleries. C. Amendment related to July Hours of Operations for Charlie’s on Prior – Charlie’s on Prior is proposing an ordinance related to their hours of operation, replacing the extended hours that are allowed for July 4th with July 3rd, a one-for-one replacement. 5. Old Business: A. Amendments to Section 1104 (Shoreland) of the Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance – The City of Prior Lake is proposing amendments that relate to regulations for bluff and steep slope areas within the Shoreland District (continued from April 18, 2016). B. Comprehensive Plan Discussion 6. New Business: A. Resolution Extension regarding Pike Lake Development Conditional Use Permit – Ron Clark is proposing a consideration to approve an extension of the previously approved Conditional Use Permit for the Pike Lake Development. The site is located at the northwest corner of the Pike Lake Trail and County Highway 42 intersection. 7. Announcements and Correspondence: A. Recent City Council Discussions 8. Adjournment
