As we previously discussed, the correction of the encroachments on these lots can be solved by a lot line adjustment rather than a formal administrative lot subdivision application. We can approve a lot line adjustment simply by signing off on a quit claim deed with the new legal descriptions. These deeds would then be recorded with Scott County. Please note this adjustment must be completed before the City will issue a certificate of occupancy for these buildings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
