Dear Kelly:
I am returning your check for $125.00 for the Administrative Lot Subdivision of Lots 22-
24, Block 4, Regal Crest. As we previously discussed, the correction of the
encroachments on these lots can be solved by a lot line adjustment rather than a formal
administrative lot subdivision application. We can approve a lot line adjustment simply
by signing off on a quit claim deed with the new legal descriptions. These deeds would
then be recorded with Scott County. Please note this adjustment must be completed
before the City will issue a certificate of occupancy for these buildings.

Enclosed are the survey's prepared by Pioneer Engineering that show the lot line encroachments on both
sides of Lot 23, Block 4, Regal Crest.
Wensmann Realty, Inc is requesting administrative lot adjustment approval to correct the encroachment of
the walls and wilt file the appropriate deeds to correct this error.
A $175.00 processing fee is also enclosed for this request.
