Hutchins RE: Mastous Home Occupation After further review for the Mastous Home Occupation located at 16181 Fillmore Ave. SE., the Building Inspection department has determined that the requirements for the building code will be waived. There will be no building permit required for this project. In an informal poll of neighboring municipalities, it was found that most do not require home occupation uses to meet the building code for individual occupancies. The cities believe that the occupation is an extension of the use of the single family residence. I will concur with this view point regarding the occupancy. I have contacted Jody Edwards at the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission concerning the Sewer Availability Charge (S.A.C,) unit determination. Ms. Edwards is drafting a letter stating that a SAC unit will not be charged for the use. Mastous#2 December 19, 2002 Robert J.
