RE: Administrative Lot Subdivision (Case File #02-011)
Dear Ms. Mangan:
This letter is to inform you that your application to subdivide Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A,
Meadow View, has been approved. Approval of this application is subject to the condition
that you grant a 5' drainage and utility easement to the City along the east lot line of Parcel
B. This easement can be granted to the City in the form of a quitclaim deed.
In order to implement this administrative land subdivision, all pertinent documents must be
filed with the Scott County Auditor's Office within sixty (60) days of the date of this approval
letter. Scott County requires all deeds creating new parcels or altering legal descriptions be
approved by the City before they will be accepted for recording. Please submit the original
deeds to this office, along with the documents granting the easement, and we will issue the
necessary approvals. Copies of the recorded documents must then be submitted to the City
as evidence that the administrative land subdivision has been filed.
Once the administrative subdivision has been recorded, we will be able to issue a sign
permit for the monument sign.
