Official bid is recommended by Attorney Estimated Cost AMR System MTUs $590,000 Installation 390,000 Meter Replacement 260,000 Register Replacement 440,000 Total $1,680,000 4 Project Timeline Failures anticipated to occur over the next 5 years In-house installations not viable option with current staffing levels Vendor installation most cost effective in shorter managed timeline Replacement recommended in 2017 financed with bonding QuestionsQuestions Does the Council agree with a vendor installation over a shorter managed timeline? Should the CIP be prepared considering a 2017 project financed with bonding?
