AN O~DINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY
CODE AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section
1101.100, is hereby amended to change the zoning classification of the
following legally described property from A (Agricultural) to R-1 (Low Density
Residential).
LEGA~ DESCRIPTION:
West Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 27, Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota.
Together with:
East Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 27, Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota.
Together with:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 115, Range 22,
Scott County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence on an
assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 24 minutes 43 seconds East, along
the west lien of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 75.00 feet to the
southerly right of way lien of CSAH No 42 and the point of beginning of the
land to be described; thence North 88 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds East,
along said southerly right of way line, a distance of 139.15 feet; thence South
00 degrees 11 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 387.45 feet; thence
south 89 degrees 48 minutes 55 seconds West, a distance of 137.61 feet, to

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
