Attached is the final report for the Pixie Point retaining wall construction. I apologize for the delay in getting the report
to you. I was hospitalized 5 times this fall/winter and had four surgeries due to health issues and just recently got back
to work. The report summarizes everything that you requested from CDP on the project. I will send the invoice later
this week.

I received your message as well as a call from Terry Quinnel at Advanced Wall Structures with respects to the same
project. I have since modified the initial proposal to cover everything that was needed on the project and have attached
our certificate of insurance which includes the additional $1M insurance umbrella that you were seeking. I think this
should square everything away. I have included some pretty aggressive target dates on the proposal based on the
contractor's desire to get the project started, but obviously the construction will begin only after all the necessary
permit processes have been completed and approved.
I the City of Prior Lake has a need for any consulting with any kind of earth structure, I have specialized in the design and
construction of these type of structures specifically for over 20 years, and have extensive experience working with the
most complex sites and structures. Much more so than the tiny little structure on Pixie Point. So please don't hesitate
to contact me if the anything comes up in the future, or if you ever have a question on a similarly related project that
you would like to get my opinion or feedback on,feel free to call me as well.

The final billing for the scope of services provided by Civil Design Professionals on the 14970 Pixie
Point Circle Retaining Wall Improvements are as follows:
ENGINEERING REVIEW
1) Site visit to confirming design assumptions I visit $300/ea. $300
2) Design layout and structural calculation review 2 hours $150/hr. $300
3) Letter of recommendation 1 hour $150/hr. $150
4) Construction Inspections 3 inspections $600/ea. $1,800
5) Final Inspection I inspection $300/ea. $300
Subtotal $2,850
GEOTECHNICAL REVIEW
1) Review Sewer Rock Gradation 0.5 hour $150/hr. $75
2) Review Foundation Inspection Reports 1 hour $150/hr. $150
3) Prepare final report 4 hours $150/hr. $600
Subtotal $825
Total $3,675
The final retaining wall construction deviated from the proposed retaining wall plan,thereby requiring CDP
to measure and draw an as-built plan to provide in the final report.
