single family dwellings into two lots. PID: 25-001-093-0.
B. DEV16-001028 – 1735 Shoreline Blvd – Variance – Dana Breault is requesting variances from the front, side
yard and lake setbacks; as well as maximum impervious surface to construct a new garage. PID: 25-487-
004-0.
