degree 21 minutes 00 seconds West,along the line between the southeast corner and the northeast corner of said
Section 1, a distance of 1251.72 feet; thence at right angles South 88 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West, a
distance of 1875.73 feet;thence South 86 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds Vilest a distance of 84.66 feet to the East
line of the West 30.0 feet of the East%of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1; thence North 86 degrees 11
minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 514.68 feet;thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance
of 704.31 feet to the centerline of County State Aid Highway No.12;thence South 63 degrees 37 minutes 56 seconds
East,along the centerline of said Highway No.12, a distance of 73,66 feet to the actual point of beginning of the
property to be described;thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 412.00 feet;thence
North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 670.15 feet;thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East a distance of 325.0 feet;thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 736.15
feet;thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 704.31 feet;thence South 63 degrees 37
minutes 56 seconds East along the centerline of said Highway No. 12, a distance of 73.66 feet to the point of
beginning. EXCEPT the Westerly 66 feet of the above described parcel.
Except that this Quit Claim Deed does not release and the Grantor specifically reserves and maintains all rights granted to it in that Easement
Agreement dated September 4,2007,and filed September 19,2007,as Document No.783510.
