Tenant needs to verify with the City that the proposed additional antennas and equipment are within the lease space on the water tower and quantities as specified are in the lease documents. 2. Note: This project and all aspects of construction will need to be discussed at a preconstruction meeting prior to commencement of project construction. Based on our review and the above information as provided by SAC Wireless, it is our opinion the City of Prior Lake can proceed with approval of this phase of the project, as the remaining comments are minor in nature and must be addressed at the preconstruction meeting. Following approval by the City, a pre-construction meeting must be scheduled by the tenant to include the City, SEH, the contractor and AT&T representatives prior to commencement of project construction.
