RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR
APPROVE THE SCHEMATIC AND
CARDINAL RIDGE.
LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION TO
PRELIMINARY P.U.D. PLAN FOR
MOTION BY

WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
that the Prior Lake Planning Commission conducted a
Public Hearing on the 20th day of May 1993, to
consider a petition submitted by Sienna Corporation to
approve the Schematic and Preliminary P.U.D. Plan for
Cardinal Ridge; and
that notice of the hearing on said motion has been duly
published and posted in accordance with the applicable
Minnesota Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRIOR LAKE PLANNING
COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS:
Approve the revised Schematic and Preliminary P.U.D.
Plan for Cardinal Ridge dated May 12, 1993.
2. To reduce the sideyard setback for all buildable lots in
the P.U.D. to be no less than five (5) feet for the
garage.
3. A sidewalk shall be installed the entire length of
Crossandra Street.
The trail connecting Outlot B and D contain a sidewalk
alternative.
The Developer be allowed to plant the total required
front yard trees of all lots in clustered locations
throughout the P.U.D. as approved by the Parks
Department.

Reduction of lots to satisfy the maximum number of
eighty (80) foot frontages in Block 8, Block 11, Block
14, Block 15, and readjustment of the flag lot proposed
for Lot 13, Block 7, but in no event shall the width be
less than seventy (70) feet.
