These posted regulations are a summary of a portion of the short-term rental regulations. Dear Property Owner: Per the City of Prior Lake's Short-Term Rental Housing ordinance, the STR permit renewal is due on or before 11/1/2016 for the calendar year of 2017. Since we at the City are late in sending you this reminder, we are extending the renewal date to 12/15/2016 for the rental year of 2017. To obtain the permit, please go to our website at www.cityofpriorlake.com. Click on the `Residents" tab and then click on "Permits & Licenses". Scroll down to "Short Term Rental Permit"and click on "Download Short Term Permit Application". Please fill out the permit and make sure you also list your email address and either mail, email to szick(a�cityofpriorlake.com or drop off at City Hall between the hours of 8:OOAM-4:30PM. If you decide to email your application, please mail your permit fee of $200.00 and/or your completed application along with your check to "Code Enforcement" at City of Prior Lake, 4646 Dakota Street SE, Prior Lake, MN. 55372. Once we have the completed permit application and the permit fee, we will proceed with processing your permit for 2017. Once completed, we will email your completed, approved permit back to you or if you prefer, we will mail a copy back to you. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
