ORDINANCE NO. 117-02
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1101.700 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE AND
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Official Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section
1101.700, is hereby amended to provide a zoning classification of the following legally
described property to Town Center (TC).
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lot Ten (10) and the easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Eleven (11), Block Fifteen (15), of the
ADJUDICATED AND REVISED PLAT OF LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH SIXTEEN (16),
BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) AND LOTS ONE (1) THROUGH THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK
FIFTEEN (15), OF THE VILLAGE OF PRIOR LAKE, Scott County, Minnesota, according
to the plat thereof on file and record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
county and state.

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
