We agree to provide the following services: requir. itN( s KEEP THIS PLAN( O SIT AfT AL TI ES` ***The following repair is based off the recommendations of Paul Schimnowski,PE (Criterium-Schimnowski Engineers)report#16-2055 dated March 3,2016(supplemental report March 11, 0 44* DATION/EGRESS WELL REPAIR: -Remove and set aside landscape rock,plantings,etc.as needed. -Excavate down to the footings along the foundation wall from the NORTHWEST corner of the home, return 2 feet onto the WEST wall,on the NORTH wall,from the NORTHWEST corner,around the egress well,and continue 5 feet to the EAST of the egress well.Dispose of soils off site. -Remove and dispose of the fence and existing CMU egress well. -Clean and repair the foundation wall. -Install Armtec Platon dimple board waterproofing. -Install R-5(1 inch)extruded polystyrene insulation to grade. -Install a landscape timber egress window well with a Armtec Platon dimple board waterproofing wrap around the exterior. -Install drain tile with drainage fabric and washed rock to 6 inches above the footing and cover the washed rock with drainage fabric to prevent silting. -Remove a portion of the interior basement floor and connect the tile to the existing interior drain tile system under the footing. -Install drainage fabric in the excavated area of the egress well,and fill with washed rock to within 8 inches of the existing window. -In the egress well,level rock,install an additional layer of drainage fabric,and cover with 4 inches of rock. -Back-fill the remainder of the foundation with granular material. -Back-fill the top 1 foot with dirt and restore existing landscaping to complete the exterior portion of the repair.
