HomeMy WebLinkAbout17-108 CIC 1121 Plat Phone 952.447.9800 / Fax 952.447.4245 / www.cityofpriorlake.com 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 17-108 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1121 (LAKEFRONT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM) CIC PLAT Motion By: McGuire Second By: Thompson WHEREAS, On July 7, 2003 the City Council approved the Common Interest Community Number 1121 (LakeFront Plaza Condominium) CIC Plat; WHEREAS, The City Council has found the 2nd Amendment to the Common Interest Community (CIC) Number 1121 is in substantial compliance with the approved CIC Plat 1121; WHEREAS, The City Council hereby approves the 2nd Amendment to the Common Interest Community (CIC) Number 1121; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorporated herein as set forth above. 2. The amendment to the CIC plat must be filed with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 90 days from the date of City Coucil approval. Failure to record the documents by October 8, 2017 will render the CIC plat null and void. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the 2nd Amendment to the CIC Plat Number 1121 on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 10th day of July 2017.
