Re: letter of transmittal
This letter of transmittal is in regards to the demolition of a barn at 13901 Canterbury
Rd., Prior Lake, MN 55372
This is a barn demolition project in which we propose to disturb approximately 10,000
square feet.
The approximate 5000 square feet of impervious surface will ultimately be turned back to
pervIOUS,
In the process of demolishing the building and the foundation we will generate
approximately 1500 cubic yards of materials, Some of the wood will be saved and the
rest of the material will be hauled away. Some fill material may be borrowed from soil
stockpiles on the reservation.
In the process of the disturbance we will follow the guidelines as discussed in the Prior
Lake erosion control requirements, We will also implement our Erosion and Sediment
Control Plan as described.
Attached with this letter are the narrative, maps, and details.
