HUTCHINS RE: FOUNTAIN HILLS 2nd DRC PROJECT SALES TRAILER REVIEW Following are the results of the preliminary plan review for the Fountain Hills 2nd Sales Trailer. Our review was based on the Minnesota State Building Code (MSBC) which adopted with amendments the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC) with handicap regulations of the Minnesota Accessibility Code Chapter 1341 and with requirements of the 1998 Minnesota State Fire Code (MSFC) which adopted with amendments the 1997 ! Uniform Fire Code (UFC). 1. Provide sewer and water service locations and type of hookup to trailer 2. Provide heating power source 3. Separate permits for Building, sewer/water plumbing and HV AC required. 4. Electrical permits will be required from the Minnesota State Board of Electricity. 5. 1:20 exterior ramp slope required. MSBC 1341. 6. Ramp landing to be 5' -0". MSBC 1341.
