On April 29, 2002, the City of Prior Lake determined all of the necessary
submittals for the above application have been received. This letter serves as
your official notification that the application is now complete.
The DRC will now begin formal review of this request. We will notify you of any
additional information or any changes to the plans that may be required. If
necessary, we will schedule a DRC meeting with you to review this application.
In accordance with Section 1108.900 of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Planning

FOUNTAIN HILLS 2nd DRC PROJECT SALES TRAILER REVIEW
Following are the results of the preliminary plan review for the Fountain Hills 2nd Sales
Trailer. Our review was based on the Minnesota State Building Code (MSBC) which
adopted with amendments the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC) with handicap
regulations of the Minnesota Accessibility Code Chapter 1341 and with requirements of
the 1998 Minnesota State Fire Code (MSFC) which adopted with amendments the 1997
! Uniform Fire Code (UFC).
1. Provide sewer and water service locations and type of hookup to trailer
2. Provide heating power source
3. Separate permits for Building, sewer/water plumbing and HV AC required.
4. Electrical permits will be required from the Minnesota State Board of Electricity.
5. 1:20 exterior ramp slope required. MSBC 1341.
6. Ramp landing to be 5' -0". MSBC 1341.

The City of Prior Lake has completed review of the site plan for the Fountain Hills
sales trailer. Before we can approve this permit, you must provide the following
information: ,
1. The location and detail of sewer and water services to the trailer must be
submitted for review and approval.
2. The heating power source must also be provided.
Please submit the information to me as soon as possible so we can continue to
process this application. Also, as a reminder, once the site plan is approved,
permits for building, sewer and water connections, plumbing and HVAC will be
required. I have attached comments from Building Official Bob Hutchins for your
information.
