RESOLUTION 17-200
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2018 ELECTIONS
Motion By: Braid Second By: Thompson
WHEREAS, The legislature changed state statutes requiring municipalities and school districts
to designate polling locations for each precinct by December 31 of each year for
the next calendar year, and
WHEREAS, An annual designation of polling locations is required regardless of whether there
is an election for the next year or no change in polling locations, and
WHEREAS, The City of Prior Lake has eight polling locations, and
WHEREAS, The City of Prior Lake designates the following precincts as polling locations in
2018:

#2 St Paul’s Lutheran Church
5634 Luther Road SE
#3 Prior Lake Fire Station #1
16776 Fish Point Road
#4 Friendship Church

#6A Holy Cross Church
14085 Pike Lake Trail NE
#6B Living Hope Lutheran Church

#7 Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City of Prior Lake designates the eight locations listed above as polling locations in
2018.
