A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GENS FARM ADDITION FINAL PLAT
AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS,
Richard and Charles Bolger, (the “Developer”), have submitted an application to the
City of Prior Lake for approval of a Final Plat for Gens Farm Addition; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has found that the final plat of Gens Farm Addition is in substantial
compliance with the approved preliminary plat of Trillium Cove.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
2. The final plat of Gens Farm Addition is approved subject to the following conditions, which
shall be met by the Developer prior to release and recording of the final plat:
a. A current title opinion or commitment of title insurance is submitted acceptable to the City
Attorney.
b. Payment of all fees prior to release of the final plat mylars.
c. Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1” = 200’; and one
reduction at no scale which fits onto an 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper.
d. Three mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures are submitted.
e. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 90 days
from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by August 5, 2018,
will render the final plat null and void.
3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the Development Agreement
on behalf of the City.
4. The Final plat approval is contingent on approval of the vacation of a portion of Rolling Oaks
Circle NE right-of-way as presented to the City Council on May 7, 2018 under a separate
meeting agenda item.
