Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714 RESOLUTION 05-157 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT PLAN FOR BERENS WOODS ADDITION (CITY PROJECT NO. 05-111) MOTION BY: Petersen SECOND BY: LeMair WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the applicant has prepared plans that avoid unnecessary wetland filling on the project to the greatest extent possible; and sequencing criteria has been met; and mitigation is proposed through purchase of 0.18 acres of wetland credits from an off-site bank; and the mitigation plan is in accordance with the Wetland Conservation Act and City of Prior Lake ordinances. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The Wetland Replacement Plan for Berens Woods Addition is hereby approved. Passed this 19th day of September 2005.
