RESOLUTION 18-085
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HAVEN RIDGE SOUTH FINAL PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN
Motion By: McGuire Second By: Braid
WHEREAS, Winkler Land Company LLC (the “Developer”), has submitted an application
for a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for the Haven Ridge South;
and
WHEREAS, The Prior Lake City Council considered the proposed Final PUD Plan on June
4, 2018, and found it to be in substantial compliance with the approved
Preliminary PUD Plan; and
WHEREAS,
The City Council finds that the Final PUD Plan is compatible with the stated
purposes and intent of the Section 1106 Planned Unit Developments of the
Zoning Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The Final PUD Plan is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
a. The Developer must obtain the required permits from any other state or local
agency prior to any work on the site.
b. The Developer shall revise the plans in accordance with the requirements
contained in the memorandum from the City Engineering/Public Works
Departments dated February 26, 2018.
c. The Developer shall revise the plans in accordance with the requirements
contained in the memorandum from the City Community Development
Department dated February 26, 2018.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4TH DAY OF JUNE 2018.
