PDEV18-000020 – 3356 Todd Road SW - Variance – Property owners Craig Gillen and Denise Barnhardt-Gillen are requesting variances to the lake setback, front yard setback, and lot area in the R-1SD, Low Density Residential Shoreland Zoning District, to construct a new home. The proposal is to remove the existing non-conforming structure and construct a new residence. The Subject property is located on the south side of Upper Prior Lake; west of Sycamore Trail SW, on the north side of Todd Road SW. PID: 259030120. 5. Old Business: 6. New Business: 7.
