A. PDEV18-000025 – 5516 and 5570 180th Street E – Preliminary Plat and Variance – Keyland
Homes is proposing a preliminary plat consisting of 48 single-family homes to be known as
Meadows at Cleary Lake as well as requesting a variance to the minimum front building setback
to extend Prairie Way to the east. The Subject property is located at 5516 and 5570 180th Street
East. PID’s: 119120021 & 119120025.
B. PDEV18-000027 – 6018 150th Street SE – Variance – The property owner, Cory Haugen, is
requesting a variance to enlarge an existing, non-conforming structure for a major remodel
including the addition of an attached garage and living space on the street side of the house. PID:
251170030.
C. PDEV17-001036 – 5035 Beach Street NE – Conditional Use Permit (CUP) – Cindy Langer is
requesting a Conditional Use Permit to add approximately 30,000 cubic yards of fill to various low
spots that are susceptible to flooding on a property in the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zoning
District located northwest shores of Lower Prior Lake; west of Beach Street NE. PID: 251350050.
