Proclamation for Youth Appreciation Week in Prior Lake, November 7 -18
PRESENTATION:
The Prior lake Optimist's Club, whose motto is, "Friends of Youth," have
requested that Mayor Haugen proclaim the second week of November as Youth
Appreciation week. Attached is a letter from leanne Weyrauch, Cindy Solberg
and Jenny Nagy making this request. Also attached is a proclamation the Mayor
will read.

RE: Mayor's Proclamation for Youth Appreciation Week -

On behalf of the Prior Lake Optimist Club we would like you to consider proclaiming the second
week of November as Youth Appreciation Week again in our community. Enclosed for your review
is a copy of a past years Proclamation. Please let us know if Mayor Jack Haugen and the City
Council agree to recognize the second week of November as Youth Appreciation Week in the City
of Prior Lake. Leanne can be reached at 952-440-2930, 13 or you can send the Proclamation to
