Dear Ms. Kirchoff,
Attached you will find five(5) copies of the scaled site plan requested. To address your January 23,2003
letter (copy attached), items la. through Ie. are addressed on the attached site plan.
Item 1 d., new site lighting, is not addressed due to there being no lighting upgrades on this property.
With regards to Item 2. Landscaping Plan, MVEC has no plans to change the present landscape at this
time.
Please let us know if this constitutes the proper paper work to consider the application for a building
permit complete.

This letter is to officially notify you that the City of Prior Lake has approved the
site plan for the construction of a control building at 14024 Commerce Avenue
NE subject to the following conditions:
1. The gravel parking area outside of the existing fence shall be surfaced with
either concrete or bituminous.
2. A building permit shall be issued prior to installation.
Enclosed is a copy of the approved site plan for your records. You may now
apply for a building permit. If you have any questions about the building permit
process please contact Robert Hutchins, Building Official, at (952) 447-9851.

Dear Mr. Jabs:
On February 21, 2003 I sent you a letter outlining the required changes to the above
referenced plans. These were:
1. The new building must be set back at least 25' from the right-of-way line of Commerce
Avenue. A site plan drawn to scale that includes the site dimensions and the proposed
setbacks must be submitted.
2. The gravel parking area must be paved.
3. Although we will not require any new landscaping, a landscaping plan was approved as
part of a variance for this facility in 1996 (see attached). The landscaping identified on
this plan has not been completed. This landscaping must be added to the site.
Since then, we have not received any new plans or communication from you. I would
appreciate it if you could update me on the status of this project.

the above referenced development application. In order to meet the requirements of the
