Landscaping Plan, MVEC has no plans to change the present landscape at this time. These were: 1. The new building must be set back at least 25' from the right-of-way line of Commerce Avenue. A site plan drawn to scale that includes the site dimensions and the proposed setbacks must be submitted. 2. The gravel parking area must be paved. 3. Although we will not require any new landscaping, a landscaping plan was approved as part of a variance for this facility in 1996 (see attached).
