Dear Mr. & Mrs. Johnson:
This letter is to inform you that your administration land subdivision application to convey
10 feet to an adjacent parcel has been approved.
In order to implement this administrative land subdivision, all pertinent documents must
be filed with the Scott County Auditor's Office within sixty (60) days of the date of this
approval letter. Scott County requires that the City approve deeds creating new parcels
or altering legal descriptions before they will be accepted for recording. Please submit
the original deeds to this office and we will issue the necessary approvals. Copies of the
recorded documents must be submitted to the City as evidence that the administrative
land subdivision has been filed.
