Box 67 Prior lake, MN 55372 RE: Variance from minimum lot width for 6096 150111 Street SE Lots 10, 11, and 12, Eastwood Dear Mr. Huemoeller: On September 16, 2003, the City of Prior lake received the above referenced development application. Upon review, staff has noted that the following information is necessary to make your application complete: 1. The proposed width and area of each lot. 2. The survey submitted with the application notes that there is a proposed pool, patio, spa, and dwelling addition. If these structures exist they should be noted as such on the survey. Furthermore, the survey must note whether the aforementioned structures are to be removed (because a property line cannot be established through an existing structure and an accessory structure is prohibited without a primary structure). Also, the application materials indicate that you are requesting an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Text. You must complete a separate application for this request. Enclosed please find the necessary application. Once we have received the above information, we will process your applications and schedule them for public hearings at a future Planning Commission meeting.
