RESOLUTION 19-108
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2019-2020 WINTER MAINTENANCE POLICY
Motion By: Burkart Second By: Braid
WHEREAS, The City Council adopted a Winter Maintenance Policy in October 2002; and
WHEREAS, The City Council adopted an overall Street Maintenance Policy in 2009 that
includes a Winter Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, The policy was amended to specify that property owners are to notify Public Works
by May 15th in they have a concern with their mailbox, and;
WHEREAS, Additions to the policy are due to the growth in the City, specifically to include the
developments of Crownline, Majestic, Carriage Hills Parkway, Griffin Woods and
Ferndale.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. The City Council approves the changes to the Winter Maintenance Policy dated October 7,
2019
Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 7th day of October 2019.
