None were absent. Also, in attendance were City Manager Wedel, City Attorney Schwarzhoff, Fire Chief Steinhaus, Finance Director Erickson, Public Works Director/City Engineer Brotzler and City Clerk Orlofsky. PUBLIC FORUM Briggs: Reviewed the process for the public forum and explained that items scheduled for public hearing or items for which a public hearing has been held but no final action is taken are not eligi- ble for discussion on the public forum. Dave Thompson, 16961 Willow Lane SW, Junior Vice Commander of the VFW, addressed the City Council.
