None were absent. Also, in attendance were City Manager Wedel, City Attorney Schwarzhoff, Fire Chief Steinhaus, Police Chief Frazer, Finance Director Erickson, Public Works Director/City Engineer Brotzler, Community Development Director McCabe, and City Clerk Orlofsky. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Approval of the 2020-2024 Street Reconstruc- tion Plan Director Erickson provided the background information on the 2020-2024 Street Reconstruction Plan.
