Water Storage Projects
The City worked with the developers of Eagle
Creek Estates and Markley Lake Woods to
provide water storage that helps to offset their
impact on lake levels. In addition, the City
installed a water storage project when Welcome
Avenue was reconstructed. Without the added
water capacity of these projects, lake levels
would be another 9 inches higher.
