HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-080 CIC 1211 Plat Phone 952.447.9800 / Fax 952.447.4245 / www.cityofpriorlake.com 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 21-080 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1211 CIC PLAT MOTION BY: Burkart SECOND BY: Braid WHEREAS, On June 7, 2021 the City Council approved the Deerfield Industrial Park Twelfth Addition Final Plat; WHEREAS, The building which is proposed the be subdivided into a CIC plat is located on an existing platted lot; WHEREAS, The City Council has found the Common Interest Community (CIC) Number 1211 is in substantial compliance with the existing building and does not change the site plan; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorporated herein as set forth above. 2. The amendment to the CIC plat must be filed with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 90 days from the date of City Coucil approval. Failure to record the documents by September 5, 2021 will render the CIC plat null and void. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the CIC Plat Number 1211 on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 7th day of June 2021.
