HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-083 17205 Mesenbrink Rezone 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 21-083 A Resolution Amending the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Retail General Business (C-RGB) to Business Office Park (C-BO) Motion By: Burkart Second By: Churchill WHEREAS, Mesenbrink Construction, the property owner, has applied to the City of Prior Lake to amend the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan at 17205 Adelmann Street SE (“Parcel”); and WHEREAS, The City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan Map of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan to re-guide the land use on this Parcel from Retail General Business (C-RGB) to Business Office Park (C-BO); and WHEREAS, After a public hearing was held on May 24, 2021, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed amendment to the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The City Council of Prior Lake approves an amendment to the 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan amending the Parcel (254270040 and 254270110) from Retail General Business (C-RGB) to Business Office Park (C-BO). Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 7th day of June 2021.
