AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1120.200 OF PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
RELATED TO THE ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE

The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
1. The Prior Lake Official Zoning Map, referred to in Prior Lake City Code Section 1120.200, is hereby
amended to provide a zoning classification of the following legally described property from R-1, Low
Density Residential District to 1-1, General Industrial District.
2. City Code Section 104 entitled "General Penalty" is hereby adopted in its entirety, by reference, as
though repeated verbatim herein.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The south 1391.13 feet of the west half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 114,
Range 21, Scott County, Minnesota, lying west of the of the east 366 feet thereof, Except the
west 375.75 feet of the east 741.75 feet of the south 1391.13 feet of the west half of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 6, Township 114, Range 21, Scott County, Minnesota. (PID 259060060)
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
