SE Prior Lake , MN 553724714 MN Mrs Lic 1458 Dear Mr. Hutchins , Attached is an application for a temporary sales center for the Jeffers Waterfront neighborhood in Prior Lake . As you can see on the attached survey, I would like to site the information center just north of the intersection of Fountain Hills Way and Enclave Court NW in the Jeffers Pond 1 st Addn. I have also attached a set of blueprints for the sales office structure . We are proposing to dig the structure in so that the front door height is at grade level and no steps would be required at the main entrance . The structure will be blocked and leveled and tied down with the standard anchoring system elk The completed structure would look very similar to the structure we constructed for the pre-sales at The Approach at the Wilds (currently the Kwik Trip site) in Prior Lake off of Cty Rd 83 and Wilds Path. We are also proposing to use the same tank structure for the restroom waste as we did previously. The same also goes for the drinking water system (Glenwood Englewood bottled water dispenser) .
