B. PDEV21-000038 – Public Hearing – Major Planned Unit Development Amendment - Jeffers
Pond Apartments - Rachel Development and Vincent Development, on behalf of property owner
Jeffers Foundation, are requesting a Major Amendment to Jeffers Pond Planned Unit
Development (PUD) regarding Outlot C Jeffers Pond 1st Addition to allow the construction of two
