DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN
The following is only a
summary of Ordinance No. 120-
110. The full text will available for
public inspection after August 17,
2020 by any person during regular
office hours at City Hall or in the
Document Center on the City of
Prior Lake Website.
SUMMARY: The Ordinance
amends the Official Zoning
Map for the City of Prior Lake
by amending the Zoning Use
District from R-3 (High Density
Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit
Development) for the following
parcel identification number
(PID): 252340130.
This ordinance shall become
effective from and after its
passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of
the City of Prior Lake this 8th Day
of September 2020.
