The city refunded three bond series. The refunding resulted in interest savings of $796,350.

Planned Expenditures follow the Capital Improvement Program (Summit Ridge Park and completion of pickleball courts)
Federal ARPA Fiscal Recovery Fund:
New fund added in 2021 for $1,488,000 Federal Funding

EDA purchase of Colorado St. and Main Street properties
Fund balance was used to fund one of the property purchases
Write-off of the restaurant relief forgivable loans – $90k

Capital Project Funds:
Revolving Equipment Fund – equipment purchases of $1.5M; bond proceeds for Fire Truck Purchase
Revolving Park Equipment Fund – expenditures of $476k primarily for city portion of Towering Woods project.
Facilities Management Fund- Expenditures of $238k included the replacement of City Hall boilers and FS#1 epoxy flooring.
PIR/Street Overlay Fund –No street overlay project in 2021
Revenue source:
Primarily property tax
Transfers in from the Utility Funds for equipment and facilities
