HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-084 CIC 1214 Plat Res Phone 952.447.9800 / Fax 952.447.4245 / www.cityofpriorlake.com 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 22-084 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1214 CIC PLAT MOTION BY: Thompson SECOND BY: Churchill WHEREAS, on April 4, 2022 the City Council approved the Deerfield Industrial Park Twelfth Addition Final Plat; and WHEREAS, the buildings which are proposed the be subdivided into a CIC plat are located on an existing platted lot; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found the Common Interest Community (CIC) Number 1214 is in substantial compliance with the existing building plan and does not change the site plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorporated herein as set forth above. 2. The amendment to the CIC plat must be filed with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 90 days from the date of City Coucil approval. Failure to record the documents by September 18, 2022 will render the CIC plat null and void. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the CIC Plat Number 1214 on behalf of the City. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 20th day of June 2022.
