PDEV 22-000018 – Radermacher’s 2nd Addition Preliminary Plat – Java Properties, on behalf of the property owner, is proposing a preliminary plat to be known as Radermacher’s 2nd Addition within the C-2, General Business District to subdivide Outlot C, Radermacher’s First Addition into three commercial lots. PID: 252820040 (This item was removed from the agenda at the applicant’s request) C. PDEV 22-000019 – 3195 Kent Street SW – Variance – The property owner is requesting a variance from the side yard abutting a street setback to build a two-story home using the previous home foundation along with a garage addition at 3195 Kent Street SW.
