from the lake setback to allow an addition greater than 50% of the value of the existing home . PID:

B. PDEV 22-000018 – Radermacher’s 2nd Addition Preliminary Plat – Java Properties, on behalf of the
property owner, is proposing a preliminary plat to be known as Radermacher’s 2nd Addition within the C-2,
General Business District to subdivide Outlot C, Radermacher’s First Addition into three commercial lots.

C. PDEV 22-000019 – 3195 Kent Street SW – Variance – The property owner is requesting a variance from
the side yard abutting a street setback to build a two-story home using the previous home foundation along

D. City Code – Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Section 1123 – Consider a recommendation to the
City Council related to amendments to the Zoning Code, Section 1123, Nonconformities, regarding
rebuilding nonconforming structures damaged or destroyed by fire or natural disasters
E. City Code – Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Section 1141 – Consider a recommendation to the
City Council related to amendments to the Zoning Code. Section 1141, Agricultural and Residential

F. City Code – Zoning Ordinance Text Amendments – Section 1122 – Consider a recommendation to the
City Council related to amendments to the Zoning Code, Section 1122, Land Use Definitions and
