HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-134 Paul's Place Plat Extension 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 22-134 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION OF THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN AND FINAL PLAT FOR PAUL’S PLACE Motion By: Braid Second By: Thompson WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, the Prior Lake City Council (“Council”) approved Resolution 21-120 on August 16, 2021 approving a Preliminary Plat to be known as Paul’s Place; and the Council approved Ordinance 121-11 rezoning the property from R-1, Low Density Residential to I-1, General Industrial on August 16, 2021; and the Council approved Ordinance 121-16 approving a Planned Unit Development Overlay District on October 4, 2021; and the Council approved Resolution 22-097 on August 15, 2022 extending the deadline for submitting the Paul’s Place Final Plat until November 16, 2022; and WHEREAS, on November 7, 2022 the City Council heard a request from PL 170th Street, LLC, the applicant/developer, requesting an extension to the deadline for submitting a Final PUD Plan and Final Plat for Paul’s Place until December 20, 2022. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2. The deadline for submitting the application for Final PUD Plan and Final Plat for Paul’s Place is December 20, 2022. Passed and adopted by the Prior Lake City Council this 7th day of November 2022.
