CALL TO ORDER Mayor Briggs called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were Councilors Burkart, Thompson, Braid and Churchill. Absent: None. Briggs: In regard to consent agenda item 5C; thank you to the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community for their third quarter donation for public safety, and the Prior Lake Optimist Club for generous donation for basketball courts. In regard to consent agenda item 5G, many volunteers in the community that step forward to serve the Community Engagement Committee including new members. Welcome to all. 6. PRESENTATIONS None. 7.
